Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

  • Payment Refund is allowed only if
          a. Payment Made but Products Not Delivered (Technical Error).
          b. transaction has failed but money is debited from the bank account 
  • c. Product Received Damage or Broken   

Note: Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours. Refunds take upto 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.

  • Rather than Above Points Mentioned there will be no refund / Exchange in any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the purchase.
  • The specific product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The reason for your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds are generally processed by bank after 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.

Returns
